Product Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, at the sole discretion of Sammy Life, Inc. Most of the orders ship within 7 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Returns/Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of damaged items ONLY with the following conditions:
• The product is still with the original packaging and has not been used.
• Order number and order details must accompanied the product.
• Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
• We will require proof of damage with a photo either by e-mail or snail mail.

We do not accept any other returns or exchanges for other reasons.
